MicrMain Work Order system: I had a Zoom August 27 th and went over all the information that was input into the software system and confirmed that everything was correct except for the new laundry equipment that will be entered later. I am in the process of entering all the service areas and all the details pertaining to them so that when a work order is generated the drop- down menu will be have all the various requests for ease of use and accuracy. The next meeting will be in 2 weeks and will include training for staff prior to implementation. New outside window coverings for Bella Roma: Recently installed were new window coverings for the south facing windows in Bella Roma. And Inside the El Saguaro clubhouse. The prior coverings were worn and coming apart.
