Pump house well equipment upgrade: The filter and controls for the well pump houses have been upgraded. The new controls will allow for better data tracking and logging such as water pressure and filter flow along with other indicators to ensure for proper system function. The data can also be track via smart phone. The new filter was installed on pump house 1 and is superior over the old filter as it has no external leak points due to everything being sealed and will produce better water quality. These pump houses are solely for irrigating of the resorts grounds and pump house 1 has a variable frequency drive for the motors that will modulate the output to run at whatever percentage is required instead of being always at 100% thus saving energy.
