A. Financial Statement – June 30, 2020

Financial statements for June have been reviewed by Treasurer Leahy, President Farmer, and Director Hare.

A Motion was made by Treasurer Leahy for the Board to ratify the review of the June financials. Second- Vice President Renoe Approved Unanimously Treasurer Leahy reported that we ended the year very close to budgeted expectations. Treasurer Leahy discussed the budget for the 2020-2021, as well as possible ramifications due to COVID. Controller Gonzalez reported a change in the financial statements this year that will allow us to see how each line item compares to the other. Secretary’s Report Vice President Renoe reported that, of the minimal communication received, there were concerns about COVID restrictions, & ORPS Finances. General Manager’s Report

A. Community Standards/ A&A B. Maintenance

1. Laundry equipment is due to be delivered August 24, and all satellites have been renovated. 2. New street poles have been installed in the street by the golf shack to improve the appearance of that blocked off area and prevent full size vehicles from passing through. 3. New flooring has been placed in both mailrooms. 4. Micro Main, a new work order software, is in its final stages of preparation and still has a few items to be checked before the final launch is ready. C. Security D. Landscape 1. September 27, 2020 is the tentative date for scalping and reseeding to begin. E. COVID 1. GM Vitrano discussed COVID and gave an update on situations within ORPS. There are no ORPS staff members out for any COVID related reasons, and we have had one Contractor who tested positive, who has since recovered. We have continued to administer temperature checks and have only had to turn away one Vendor.
