Rotate the needle bearings together with the washer to evenly distribute the oil. Before insertion, ensure the roller bearings are properly seated and sandwiched against the washer. Using a T-bar, carefully slide the roller bearing and washer assembly downward, aligning it with the hole in the handle. Note: After the assembly drops into the handle, verify that the bearing has not flipped over or shifted out of position. Prime the Loctite dispenser by dispensing a small amount onto a shop towel. Ensure the dispenser is flowing smoothly—Loctite should not overflow once primed. Loctite should not overflow bar, carefully slide the roller bearing and washer ward, aligning it with the hole in the

Note: Perform this step only if the cam came loose from the handle in Step 1.4. If the cam remains attached to the handle, skip to Step 2.9. Using dispenser 608966, apply two drops of Loctite 263 to the threads of the handle. Screw the cam onto the handle until it is fully seated.

Pull the dispenser trigger once to apply Loctite 222 to the threads of the top cap. Thread the top cap onto the cam by hand.

Insert the screwdriver into the cup holder and secure it in the vise.

Using the 069826 FG Screwdriver Cap Installation Tool set to 50 lbf·in, complete the threading process until the top cap is fully seated. to 50 lbf·in, complete the threading

Wipe away any excess Loctite with a shop cloth. Allow the tool to cure for 24 hours before use.
