As of Q1 2025, VICI owned 54 gaming properties and 39 other experiential properties across 13 tenants, and VICI has formed 8 additional partnerships through its VICI Experiential Credit Solutions strategy. Of VICI’s 54 gaming properties, 10 are located on the Las Vegas Strip. Each asset is magnificent and storied in its own right, and we created this magazine to highlight the differentiated quality of VICI’s Strip portfolio.
