O ften times, design/builds on a smaller footprint present many more challanges than building on a wide open canvas. Proper- ty set back and space limitations can make the design process much more difficult as we try to balance form, function and the clients wishes. On the build side of the process, the logistical challenge of proper- ly staging men, materials and equipment, with zero wiggle room to spare, is difficult to say the least. This particular build was done in the middle of the pandemic, add- ing to the challenges. The project came out super nice, with the creation of this super chill backyard space. Tri-State Pool Renovations, Inc. offers the following limited warranty to all original purchasers of our products and services. If a failure as described below, should occur within the period of warranty due to poor workmanship or materials, we will replace or repair the defect absolutely free of charge. COPING - We will replace or reset any coping that has become loose or cracked within two (2) years. TILE- We will replace or reset any tile that has become loose or cracked within two (2) years. MARBLEWHITE PLASTER, HYDRAZZO POLISHED MARBLE or DIAMOND BRITE QUARTZ - We will replace or repair any Marblewhite, Hydrazzo or Diamond Brite plaster that has become delaminated from the substrate and broken loose within two (2) years. Diamond Brite is also covered by a 10 year manufacturers material warranty. Please refer to the “Marblewhite Characteristics” section of the “Pool Care Instructions” booklet for normal plaster characteristics. PEBBLE TEC or PEBBLE SHEEN - We will replace or repair any Pebble Tec or Pebble Sheen finish that has become delaminated from the substrate and broken loose within five (5) years. Please refer to the “Plaster Characteristics” section of the “Pool Start-Up” booklet for normal plaster characteristics. POOL PLUMBING- We will replace or repair new pool plumbing that leaks within three (3) months or the end of the pool season, whichever comes first. POOL EQUIPMENT- We will replace or repair new pool equipment that is defective within the period of the manufacturers warranty, usually one (1) year. Please refer to manufacturers warranty for specific warranty terms and information. Labor Not Included. POOL DECKING- We will replace or repair pool decking(pavers) that has cracked or spalled within one (1) year. NOTE: This warranty is intended to define a minimum level of performance for the work performed and is not to be confused with average life expectancy, which in most cases is many times greater than the term of the warranty. Warranty time periods (term) shall commence on the date of substantial completion. Items not specific to your contracted scope of work are not covered by this warranty. This is a sample warranty. Please refer to your specific warranty for definitions, terms, conditions and exclusions. Your specific contracted items, warranty specifics and project materials will be computerized for fast, easy retrieval, should the need arise.

While our pools are very simple to operate and maintain, they can become very expensive if not given consistent and responsible care. As the owner, you will want to protect your in- vestment as well as the health of your family and friends.
