Sponsor Night Invitations Join us for our “Sponsors-Only” night on Friday, December 5, 2025. Guest Passes Guest Passes to the Julia Haidlen Memorial Ice Rink are valid for the 2025-2026 season only and are redeemable on any day that the ice rink is open to the public. Recognition on the Oakdale Chamber of Commerce & Small Town Christmas Websites Your company name, logo, and/or website link will appear on both websites, on a page dedicated to communicating the vision for the ice rink and ways for consumers to participate. Recognition on Social Media Your company logo will appear on shared social media “Thank you” posts by the Oakdale Chamber of Commerce and Small Town Christmas once every two weeks following sponsorship commitment, through ice rink closing date. *Snowfall Circle and Magic Maker levels will receive individual social media thank you posts by both Oakdale Chamber of Commerce and Small Town Christmas, once per month following sponsorship commitment through ice rink closing date. Banner on Rink Dasherboard Your company banner will appear on the 2025-2026 rink dasherboard, which surrounds the rim of the rink. Banner must be provided to the Oakdale Chamber of Commerce by November 24, 2025.

Recognition on Marketing Materials Your company name or logo will appear on print and digital marketing for the Julia Haidlen Memorial Ice Rink 2025-2026 season, including (but not limited to) flyers, banners, billboards, and more. Recognition in 6 monthly Chamber E-Newsletters Your company logo and link will appear in up to 6 Oakdale Chamber of Commerce E-Newsletters, following sponsorship. Recognition in Press Release Your company will be included in all official Julia Haidlen Memorial Ice Rink press releases through the 2025-2026 season. Custom Ad Space in Chamber E-Newsletter Your company will get a designated space in up to 3 Oakdale Chamber of Commerce E-Newsletters. Sponsor must supply content one month prior to E-Newsletter distribution. Recognition in Radio Advertisements Your company will be included in radio advertisements throughout the 2025-2026 season. 2-Hour Private Company Party Your company will receive a 2-hour private party on the Julia Haidlen Memorial Ice Rink at a date and time agreed to between your company and the Oakdale Chamber of Commerce. Entrance Banner Branding Your company will be the face of the Julia Haidlen Memorial Ice RInk for the 2025-2026 season, with a large banner at the entrance of the rink. Logo/artwork must be received one month before installation.

Sponsorship Terms & Policies

1.Sponsorship opportunities are extended to any local, national, or international business, non-profit or government agency that has or wishes to have a presence in the Julia Haidlen Memorial Ice Rink . Organizations whose primary business involves the following activities are ineligible for sponsorship opportunities: a.Depiction or characterizations that suggest nudity, profanity, obscenity, or lewdness. b.Commentary or advocacy of a social, religious, or political nature. c.Advertising opportunities being provided are solely for non-public forums and specifically are not to be considered opportunities for discussion or interchange of ideas on public issues. Subject to the Oakdale Chamber of Commerce Foundation (OCCF) terms for accepting sponsorship, contracts will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. 2.OCCF reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to make the final determination for acceptance of sponsorship contracts. 3.OCCF reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to revise, reject, or omit any ad at any time without notice. Any camera-ready sponsorship submitted that does not conform to the publication’s mechanical requirements will be enlarged, reduced, or floated at the discretion of the OCC staff. OCCF shall not be responsible for damages if an advertisement fails to be published for any reason. 4.OCCF reserves the right to determine and/or change the placement of ads without notice. 5.Advertisers and advertising agencies are liable for all contents of advertisements (including copy, representation, and illustrations) and shall indemnify and hold harmless the OCCF without limitation against, for any and all claims made thereof against losses sustained. 6.The advertisers and their agency, or agencies, each represent that they are fully authorized and licensed to use: a.The names, portraits, and/or pictures of living persons; b.Any copyrighted or trademarked materials; c.Any testimonials contained in any advertisement submitted by or on behalf of the advertiser and published in any of the OCC publications, and that such advertisement is neither libelous or defamatory, an invasion or privacy, or otherwise unlawful to any third party. The advertiser and its agency each agree to indemnify and save harmless OCC against all losses, liability, damage and/or expense arising from the copying, printing, or publishing of any such advertisement. 7.No conditions printed or otherwise appearing on contracts, orders or copy instructions, which conflict with OCC policies will be binding OCC or its agents. 8.OCC shall not be responsible for any damages caused by acts of God, including without limitation natural disasters, fires, strikes, accidents, or other occurrences beyond its control. 9.Sponsorship donations are non-refundable. 10.Payments are due on or before the first date of notification timeline. Failure to do so may, at OCCF’s discretion, forfeit the agreement for sponsorship. 11.OCCF reserves the right to revise Sponsorship rates. However, this will not affect existing signed and written sponsorship agreements. All Sponsorships placed without a signed agreement are subject to rates that apply at the time of publication.
