FAREWELL AIT’S!! As we conclude our training program, we want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to each of you. Collaborating across countries and cultures has been one of the most rewarding aspects of this experience, and it would not have been the same without your commitment, resilience, and professionalism. Your hard work, adaptability, and dedication have been truly inspiring. You brought not only your skills but also your heart to every challenge we faced, and for that, Frenchman’s Creek is sincerely thankful. Although this chapter is ending, the impact of your efforts will carry on. We hope our paths cross again, and until then, we wish you all continued success, happiness, and fulfillment in your future endeavors.

“Honoring the Sacrifice” MEMORIAL DAY

Memorial Day is a moment of reflection, gratitude, and remembrance. Observed on the last Monday of May, this day honors the men and women of the Armed Forces who gave their lives in service to their country. It is more than just a long weekend—it is a solemn reminder of the cost of freedom. Across the United States, families, communities, and institutions pause to pay tribute to the courage, sacrifice, and dedication of those who never returned home. As we enjoy time with loved ones, it is important to remember the true meaning behind the day. Whether by visiting a memorial, observing a moment of silence, or simply learning about the stories of those who served, we honor their legacy.

Let us carry forward the values they stood for—duty, honor, and country—and ensure their sacrifice is never forgotten.

MAY: MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH

May is recognized as Mental Health Awareness Month—a meaningful time to reflect on our emotional well-being and that of those around us. It reminds us that mental health is just as important as physical health, and that everyone deserves support, understanding, and safe spaces to talk about how they feel. This month encourages us to break the stigma, start conversations, and show appreciation for those who support mental well-being—at home, at work, and in our communities. It’s also a powerful reminder that asking for help is not a sign of weakness, but of strength. Taking care of our minds, practicing empathy, and nurturing healthy habits are small steps that can make a big difference. Let’s use this month to learn, support, and express gratitude—for resilience, compassion, and the importance of simply being there for one another.
