The Client Services Director will be the ambassador for 8 Bishopsgate, leading both the internal staff, the buildings customers and anyone who interacts with it. The development, due for completion in 2022, is a jointly funded venture between Mitsubishi Estate, a leading international property development and investment company, and Stanhope, a team of development entrepreneurs with 30 years of experience and a £30 billion track record of completed projects. Ultimately managed by Savills, the successful candidate will be expected to interact with, and influence, a variety of high-profile stakeholders and individuals. With over 900,000 sq ft of office accommodation, 8 Bishopsgate will be a hub for modern business in London and the UK. It will offer the highest quality service and environmental standards, ensuring that every occupier has the very best experience of working within the space. The Client Services Director will lead the building through to full occupancy, ensuring that expectations are exceeded whilst maintaining the high standards and upholding the brand personality, values and spirit of 8 Bishopsgate.
