• Maintain positive customer service outlook, handle all resident complaints and suggestions, and mediate roommate issues and conflicts as needed.

• Promote harmonious relations among residents, staff, university personnel and the surrounding community.

• Lead the formulation of the move-in and move-out plan, thoroughly carrying out that plan including move-in and move-out charges as needed. • Risk Management

• Identify and correct potential liability issues with the physical facility, employees and residents.

• Minimise risk exposure and losses.

• Ensure all staff members proactively communicate and document safety issues that arise throughout the community. • Other

• Understand and carry out all company standards, policies, and procedures in dealing with owners, clients, residents, employees and contractors.

• Complete tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

• Your Track Record

• Previous experience within PBSA with increasing responsibility.

• Significant proven experience in leasing and/or operations in the student housing or residential property management industry.

• Strong people management experience and the ability to motivate and build a strong team.

• Excellent customer service and resident relations track record.
