ANY SPECIFIC DIET YOU FOLLOW?
I don't follow any specific diet. Over the years, I have tweaked my diet based on how I feel after eating certain foods, and I've learned to understand my body. I know what works for me and what doesn't work for me, and it also depends on what character I am playing-if I want to put on weight or lose weight, build a six-pack, or have a normal layman's body. I change my body around, so my diet would change according to the characters I play, but I usually just eat really clean. I have, of late since January, turned vegetarian-actually Ovo vegetarian, which basically means I eat eggs once a day in the morning for breakfast. Other than that, I am vegetarian, and I feel so much lighter and better. I would recommend it to everyone who can do it. Try it and see if it suits you; it has done wonders for me. I think the way the world is connected today, everything is global, and you know we are really one community, one world, so yeah, networks like yours which bring people together- like I am sitting here in India talking to you guys over voice notes, you'll are on the other side of the globe, and you'll are doing an interview with me, which is amazing. So yeah, it's great that we have technology that has made communicating so easy. It also has its downside, but definitely, if you just focus on the pros, we can build a better world, so hats off to people like you, to BGN, who is connecting people from across the globe. I think it's great that BGN is bringing together influencers from different fields; like I was saying, the world is now one place, it's one market its one world really, so it's really important and crucial that you network with people and synergize with people and if a network like BGN is making that easier for people from across the globe to connect to each other, that's even more amazing. So it's a great initiative, and I'm thankful that I have had the privilege of being one of your guests. I am guessing fitness influencers and entertainment influencers, and I am looking forward to connecting with more people that you all feature, and maybe we can synergize on some things too, so yeah, I am really looking forward to it, and thankyou BGN for this opportunity.
