Welcome Welcome to the Hazy Shade 2nd Annual Spring Fling!

We're excited to have you join us for our first tournament of the 2025 Hazy Season. Please take a moment to flip through the book so you know all the tournament details. We want you to have the best possible experience, so please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions. Here is what to expect today: Two rounds of 25 holes of disc golf at a decked out Belmont Park We will take a 1 hour (after last card) break between rounds for lunch All Amateur players should receive a gift card by email as part of your players pack Cash payouts for the top PRO finishers including $500 added Cash

No players meeting for the event. Please be on your hole ready to start by 8:50. We will call 2 minuets at 8:58 with a 9am tee off. We suggest only using PDGA Live during the event. If for any reason there is an error between this and the PDGA Live App the PDGA App would override any info here. Please be respectful to other visitors in the park, staff, and other competitors in the event. Any issues with this may cause removal from this and all future Hazy Shade events. If you are ever in doubt of a casual park patron in the way please wait. If you have any in round issues please throw a provisional shot and continue play. If this does occur in your group please make sure to pay attention to the dispute. We will need the whole group to wait after the round. Remember we can only use pictures or videos to clarify course markings not settle disputes. Make sure to review hole details as we have added lots of OB to the course. There is no relief from the fence on 24. You must be able to establish and balance yourself behind the disc. If you can not, you will have to move behind the fence. The basket will be placed within 30' of the fence.

PDGA RULES

Payout breakdowns. Entry Cost was $58. We will deduct $3 for PDGA Fees and $22 for the players pack leaving $33 per player for payout. Pro players we will only deduct the $3 PDGA fee with $55 per player to payout Added cash is $500 / total Pro players then added to those divisions. Round 2 CTP’s Please make sure to bring back the flags after the round to tournament central Please help after the event by bringing back any flags, signs, or small course items. Temp Baskets could be moved close to the roads for removal. This would be greatly appreciated. Good luck and HAVE FUN! 3

•Ensure you submit your score accurately and promptly after completing the round. •Incorrect scores will result in penalty strokes. Player Communication and Payouts: •We will use the email address you provided during registration for some player pack items and payout notifications. •Please double-check your email address to ensure it's accurate and up-to- date. Payout: •Amateur payouts will be a mix of digital Hazy Shade gift cards and items from our sponsor Innova. Players Pack Pick up will be in the Putting Room at Hazy Shade. This will be available between and after the round as well. Any unclaimed items after 1 week will be lost. •Pro and Ace Fund payouts will be made through PayPal or check. •We strive to process payments quickly, but it may take a few days if there are any issues. •Please ensure your PayPal information is accurate and up-to-date if applicable. For players winning $600 or more, we require an Ohio W9 form for tax purposes. Please submit it before the event if you expect your winnings to exceed this threshold.

On the upcoming pages, you will find tee signs with drone fly-through videos. Please be aware that the drone fly-through may not align with your specific tee. Hole’s will be divided by painted lines. Crossing these lines will result in being considered out of bounds. Dash lines around baskets or on island holes are 10 meter marks. Throwing on or over paved surfaces, fences, or buildings is OB throughout the entire event. Exercise caution around individuals using the bike path and park. If unsure, it's best to wait! During the Round

Use caution when traveling around 18, 21, & 25's baskets. Use the marked path between holes, please. Please be courteous to players on other holes when traveling between here. Wait until the card is not putting to pass.

After the Round

It is your responsibility to confirm and submit scores in a timely manner after the round. Remember, all players must submit a scorecard. We will take an hour break between rounds after the last card is turned in. After the final round, please help by grabbing any small event items that do not stay in the park. Flags, signs, things like that. Baskets can be moved close to a road for pick up. Thanks for the help.
