Airbus has already received over 74 pre-orders, mostly from EMS and utility operators in the U.S. and Europe. Another major announcement came from Robinson Helicopter Company, which introduced the R88, their largest helicop- ter yet. This 10-seat aircraft, powered by a Safran Arriel 2W engine, delivers over 1,000 shaft horsepower, making it ideal for passenger transport, commercial oper- ations, and law enforcement. With a range of 350+ nautical miles and over 3.5 hours of endurance, the R88 is set to open new opportunities in the helicopter market.
