Ts Anusha Magendram, Assistant Vice President of MIGHT, moderated a session titled “Opening New Doors for Public Service Delivery: Hybrid Cloud for Government “ at GovInsider Live - Malaysia. The session aimed to explore opportunities and discuss cloud system solutions by government agencies. Representing the MIGHT delegation were Ts Zulkifflee Mohamad, Kamarul Ariff Omar, and Nur Suraya Mustafar, alongside representatives from various agencies such as the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission, Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation, MyDigital, Putrajaya Corporation, National Audit Department, and Royal Malaysian Customs Department. During the roundtable discussion, participants shared insights and recommendations on implementing hybrid cloud infrastructure systems for government agencies, covering security, efficiency, scalability, and interoperability. The collaboration between public sector officials, financial institutions, and industry players indicates a collective effort to digitise government services, aiming to create a seamless, trusted, and integrated experience for citizens and stakeholders. This is in alignment with the broader trend of digital transformation in government operations to enhance service delivery, accessibility, and overall efficiency.
