MIGHT obtained a Conditional Approval Letter from the Ministry of Economy (MoE) for the implementation of the Country Programme Action Plan (CPAP) centred on Climate Smart Agriculture (CSA) in 2024. In preparation for this initiative, MIGHT, in collaboration with UNDP, engaged with diverse stakeholders, such as ministries, agencies, and the private sector, to gather insights for the project document. MIGHT is set to be designated as one of the Responsible Parties, alongside the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Food Industry (MAFFI) Sabah, to deliver the CPAP project in Selangor

Sabah. This programme aims to enhance the national food security index by emphasising adequacy, stability, and sustainability across three core project elements: policy guidance, technological interventions, and awareness and capacity-building programmes. MIGHT will collaborate with the Department of Agriculture, governmental bodies, local research institutions, and technology providers to showcase CSA initiatives throughout the projected two-year duration.
