STAKEHOLDERS WORKSHOP ON GREENHOUSE GAS (GHG) INVENTORY DEVELOPMENT FOR SEPANG MUNICIPAL COUNCIL (MPS) 26 OCTOBER Bangi, Selangor
MIGHT participated in a workshop organised by the Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation (MGTC) to share knowledge and information. Key stakeholders from the Majlis Perbandaran Sepang (MPS) were present to support collecting important data for the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Inventory development. Dr Nurul Hidayah from MIGHT provided insights and examples from MIGHT’s projects, including the net-zero building plan and Cyberjaya decarbonisation plan in collaboration with Cyberview Sdn. Bhd. The workshop aimed to outline the initiatives undertaken by all MPS stakeholders, which will aid MGTC in creating the inventory. This inventory will enable MPS to effectively measure, manage, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the future.
