FUTURE OF WORK, WORKPLACE AND WORKFORCE 29 SEPTEMBER Kuala Lumpur
Mr Azmil Mohd Amin, representing MIGHT, had the opportunity to discuss the Future of Work, Workplace, and Workforce in conjunction with the Skills for Prosperity Programme during the Malaysia Closing Seminar: Enhancing Equity, Quality, and Relevance of Malaysia’s TVET System. ILO Malaysia and the British High Commission in Kuala Lumpur jointly organised the seminar. During his sharing session, he emphasised the importance of the future workforce having individuals who can recreate themselves and their capabilities. Additionally, he highlighted the crucial role of stakeholders, stating that policymakers and implementors should focus on the 3Cs - engaging in meaningful conversations, fostering collaboration, and embracing the need for co-creation.
