INTERNATIONAL PERSONNEL CERTIFICATE SCHEME (IPCS) 20 JULY Terengganu
The Malaysian Industry-Government Group for High Technology (MIGHT) and the Yayasan Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera (YLTAT) have joined forces to bring the Skilled Personnel Programme in Non-destructive Testing known as LAKSAMANA 1.0/Program Latihan Kemahiran anak ATM & Veteran ATM. This collaborative effort aims to provide skill enhancement training for the children of Malaysian Armed Forces (ATM) members and retired personnel. The goal is to introduce them to the fascinating field of non-destructive testing and pave the way for promising career opportunities that align with the National 4IR Policy. Non-destructive testing (NDT) is a meticulous process that involves inspecting, testing, and evaluating materials or components without causing any damage. It’s a crucial technique across various industries to ensure quality and safety. Batch 1 of this programme boasted 30 participants who completed a rigorous 7-day training course. These talented individuals showcased their proficiency in inspecting diverse materials, evaluating inspection data, and documenting results precisely and professionally.
