a customer or helping someone get to Director. It makes it so much more fun when you have a team to celebrate with.” Even though the most recent corporate Fast Track is over, the accountability calls and the group chats continue. “We still check in daily,” Amber says. “Our group chat used to be called Fast Track to Mexico. Now it’s called Fast Track to Senior Director because that’s my next goal for them. I want them to experience Road to Executive Director.” And while not everyone on Amber’s team participated in the company-wide Fast Track this year, they still saw the power of accountability. “They watched the success and the advancements pour in, so they learned that accountability really does work,” Amber says. “So now I’m setting up accountability groups so Marketing Executives can have a partner to work with toward the same goals. Every week Amber and her team fill out accountability sheets. “It’s just a constant reminder to keep doing the Critical Activities,” she says. “The hardest part is writing those goals down, but I know that’s what makes you successful.”
