Jeanie Paige organically leads with the products in her own business as well. Jeanie Paige McWhorter still gets scared sometimes to approach those on her contact list, despite being an Executive Director 4. “Being an Executive Director 4 doesn’t mean I have some secret sauce and never get nervous,” she says. “It means I just wash, rinse, and repeat.” Jeanie Paige consistently works on the Seven Critical Business-Building Activities. She approaches, invites to Melaleuca Overviews, and follows up. And then she does it again. “It’s the compound effect,” she explains. “Consistently doing those same, small things over and over builds over time.” A belief in the products does help with anxiety about approaching. New builders are usually a little unsure about themselves and their ability to build a Melaleuca business. That’s why Jeanie Paige helps them pinpoint products they love. “We focus on finding those five products from the get-go that will change their life,” she says. “It creates a different posture, and posture is everything. Instead of saying, ‘I mean, maybe you might like this and might want to look at it,’ they can say, ‘I’m telling you, this Renew ® Lotion has changed my baby’s skin, and this stuff is gold. You have to put your eyes on this.’”
