It’s different for everyone.” Frank: “When they enroll, they are demonstrating their willingness to step off a cliff into a very deep unknown to see what could be possible for them. At that moment they have one question: ‘Will you catch me?’ They want to be sure they can trust your leadership.” Heather: “They’re saying, ‘I’m willing to take the risk and see if it gets me ahead. Will you be with me and remind me of my decision on days that are difficult?’ Then you must have the integrity to do what you promised you would do—be there in the
