INSTRUCTIONS TOUSE: Anchorages strength requirement 5000 lbs(22kN).Only use full body harnesswith this devicewhichwill limit free fall to amaximum of 6 feet when using shock absorbing lanyard and located overheadwhen using self retracting lifelines.Any kind of contactwith sharp edges should be avoided.Should always be used by trained / authorised persons only. Always ensure connection to anchorage is secured properly before use.Always ensure that the lifeline is correctly tensioned for optimal performance, (see usermanual formore details).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSPECTION: The device should be inspected before each use in accordancewith usermanual including locking function (pull strongly to test),condition of lifelines, functions and condition of connectors,housing and fasteners, legibility of labels and any evidence of defects,damage andmissing parts. Inspection by a competent person required at least annually, see usermanual.Always inspect impact indicator at the karabiner end of the lifeline.A ruptured section is an indication that an impact has occurred and the unitmust be removed from service for repair. If used to arrest a fall, remove from service for repair.Do not use if inspection reveals an unsafe condition.Strictly not user repairable.

Always ensure that the labels are not removed.
