Herskowitz & Zweibel join growing firm’s staff Gebroe-Hammer names two new Sales Associates to team

have joined Gebroe-Hammer Associates as sales associates. Herskowitz and Zweibel will focus on New Jersey’s Somer- set/Mercer/Burlington counties as well as Camden/Gloucester counties, respectively. “The addition of Eli and Adam to our brokerage team allows us to expand our reach even further within these im- portant New Jersey markets where multi-family investment trades are gaining tremen- dous velocity,” said Joseph Brecher , managing director,

Herskowitz grew up in a real estate family and ap- preciates the opportunity to learn from the “best names in the industry.” His father and brother have operated a land development, construction and management business for more than three decades. “I grew up in a home where I constantly absorbed the responsibility and commitment required to successfully bring a project from concept to fruition,” he said. “This same philosophy is applicable as I help clients bring a transaction to the clos- ing table.” Zweibel joins Gebroe-Ham- mer after a 10-year career in information technology. Prior to joining the investment broker- age firm, he served as president of Alpha Technology Group, a company he successfully built, restructured and recently sold to Strategic Micro Systems. “Commercial real estate of- fered me an attractive career option,” said Zweibel, a gradu- ate of the University of Michi- gan with a BA in economics and history. “The IT business is changing from a business standpoint and as a ‘people person,’ I saw this as a great opportunity to undertake a new career challenge with greater long-term potential.” At Gebroe-Hammer, young professionals are continuously supervised by veteran mem- bers of the executive manage- ment team, who specialize in geographic markets spanning New Jersey and Pennsylvania, including Philadelphia and New York. On-going training includes weekly educational and market information pro- grams and management/super- visor meetings. n
