Front St. was sold for $600,000. This is a 21,000 s/f one-story warehouse located at the nexus of three hot neighborhoods (Fishtown, South Kensington & Northern Liberties and adjacent to the Frankford Avenue Arts Cor- ridor). The buyer is renovating the space for prime warehouse retail space, as well as a live entertainment venue, micro- brewery, restaurant, creative office, workshop, fitness cen- ter or gallery. The developer, D3 Development, LLC , is presently constructing Oxford Mills. Michael Barmash of Col- liers International represented the Seller. 19 N. 3rd St. was sold for $625,000. This is a 5,100 s/f five-story commercial building. The building was purchased for future retail and multi-fam- ily development and is located just doors away from the new planned CVS and multi-family development at 3rd & Market Streets. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the Seller. Michael Barmash of Col- liers International represented the Buyer. ■ NEPA presents loans to Harrold’s Pharmacy Harrold’s Pharmacy re- ceived two NEPA loans in the amount of $175,000 from the EconomicDevelopmentAd- ministration (NEPA-RLF) Loan Fund and $175,000 from the Appalachian Re- gional Commission Loan Fund for machinery, equip- ment, furniture and fixtures to open their new state of the art pharmacy. These are two (2) of the eleven (11) economic devel- opment loan programs admin- istered by NEPA Alliance . The total project cost was ap- proximately $2,200,000. Harrold’s Pharmacy is a third generation full service pharmacy owned and operated by Bruce Lefkowitz . They have been in business for 65 years in Wilkes-Barre. It was founded in 1947 by the current owner’s grandfather, Harold Lefkowitz. ■
