Extended Care signs long-term lease for 5,000 s/f TDK Commercial Advisors completes leases in Phila.

READING, PA — NAI Key- stone announced the sale of 249 Penn St., Reading, former- ly known as the Inter-City bus terminal. Kyle McKechnie , vice president of sales & leas- ing at NAI Keystone, states the transaction was officially set- tled on Friday, May 10th. The property was sold by C.R.B., Inc., not affiliated with Bieber Transportation Group, and purchased by DeCarlo’s Bar & Grill, located at 240 Penn St. In addition to securing park- ing for the establishment, the buyer plans on leasing the former terminal. “We are ex- cited about the versatility the space has to offer to a variety of different types of businesses seeking a prominent downtown
