When Should I Call My Estate Planning Attorney?

We know comprehensive estate planning is not “set it and forget it.” Life is full of changes. Many clients ask us when they should call or notify us. Here is a brief list of situations when you should notify your estate planning attorney:

• Moving to a new home or apartment

• Change in your phone number, email address, or other contact information • Change in family situation (marriage, divorce, new children, death in the family) • Change in wishes regarding your beneficiaries or caretakers
