Over 30,000 Teams Elementary school, middle school, high school and college robotics teams from VEX IQ Challenge, VEX Robotics Competition and VEX U. Partnering with Excellent Organizations Project Lead The Way, Inc., National Society of Black Engineers, American Indian Science and Engineering Society, Skills USA Inc., Technology Student Association and more.

The Robotics Education & Competition Foundation seeks to partner with universities, colleges, and like minded organizations. To establish a robust scholarship program that encourages students to continue their education. Our mission is to increase student interest and involvement in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) by engaging students in hands-on, affordable, and sustainable robotics engineering programs. We see a future where all students design and innovate as part of a team, experience failure, persevere, and embrace STEM. These lifelong learners emerge confident in their ability to make the world a better place.

Empowering students to reach their full potential.

Scholarship assistance is very important to students who are in pursuit of their academic dreams and goals.

PROGRAM NOTE Unless otherwise discussed, your organization will receive the students’ applications, review them, select and notify winners, and administer funds. Once you have notified your winners, the REC Foundation staff will ask you to share information about your experience and provide the winning student’s name, VEX team name and number, and the student’s intended course of study. Information should be sent to the scholarship department at scholarships@roboticseducation.org. If you have any questions or would like to discuss other options for participating in the REC Foundation Scholarship Program, please do not hesitate to contact us. SENDING INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Robotics Education & Competition Foundation provider. To offer an exclusive scholarship to participants in the VEX Robotics Competition, please complete the following steps: SCHOLARSHIP PROVIDER

Complete Scholarship Interest Form This form is used internally to help us accurately track and describe the scholarship offering and to identify the proper contact person at your organization. Scholarship Description Write a short description of your scholarship offering, approximately 150 words, to be posted on our website. Descriptions best sent as a Microsoft Word document. Organization’s Logo Provide your organization’s logo, as an .AI, .EPS, .PDF or .PNG file. If your organization is a university, please provide the university logo and not the one for the individual college or department.
