I got it as a gift from my dad when I first started as an apprentice joiner. Thirteen years and thousands of blades later, it still works just as well. Richard Powell: My trusty pair of grips! There’s always a use for them, no matter the job.

When I was younger I was obsessed with sport. However, due to a football injury, I had to take time out of sport and focus on my construction business. RP: I’d be an off-road driving instructor for Land Rover. I love the outdoors and adventure.

2 What’s your go- to radio station or what’s a favourite on-site song that gets everyone singing? MD: Usually, I like to listen to Clyde 1 or a podcast, however, my radio station interests change daily depending on how bad my day is going.
