How does it work?

Vet’s journey: Vet practices places an order with Direct Dispense, through their healthcare provider or Covetrus integration. Covetrus acts as a silent partner to deliver medication direct to the client’s door.

Our longest serving staff can remember Dunlops which preceded Henry Schein - which gives an indication of the time we have done business together. For us, our relationship with Covetrus matters greatly. We are very well supported by Christie McVinnie, our relationship manager as well as by all staff when you call Headquarters. Our PM system is Robovet which works well. The IT team are only a phone call away in the event of us needing help or guidance which we are grateful for. Our delivery arrives daily before our opening hours which means we can always have medicines or products for clients in a very time efficient manner - this suits the needs of our business and the service to which we believe our clients deserve.
