Signature’s Miami (KMIA) FBO has the capacity of up to 75 private jets based on size.

FLY RIGHT

Private aviation has progressively upped its own ante in the past three decades. Years ago, flying out of Teterboro, Miami, or Van Nuys included a nice lobby and friendly service staff both on and off the tarmac, but not much else until boarding the business jet of choice where travelers were wisked away on their airborne palaces. Economies of scale factor into the standards of quality which many own- ers and their flight staff have pined for in the quest for perfection that begins well before takeoff and transcends to the comfort and ease of the post-flight experience. Refueling, hangarage, maintenance, repair and overhaul, and a variety of other amenities including exceptional cus- tomer service are the standard bearer that is more often the hope than the norm. Signature Aviation has been building its network of over 16 million square feet of carbon neutral multiuse office and hangar real estate globally, providing unique network-wide benefits and advantages to guests who base their aircraft at one of its locations. The staff of one reader who houses both a Sikorsky S-76 and Gulfstream as a Resident Premier guest has resounding praise for the platform and its ease of use. The company recently upgraded its Miami private aviation terminal based on guest needs and has received noteworthy accolades to remain well ahead of the jet streak.
