2-Stage Ejector Bottom Last – TSBL Application Example 5

1. First ejector stroke moves the angle slide up. As a result the horizontal slide with the exterior detail pulls away from the part. 2. Second stroke actuates the ejector pin. Part is lifted behind the inner cavity. This configuration is recommended for outside deep details and thru holes.

2-Stage Ejector Top Last – TSTL Application Example 1. First ejector stroke lifts part, central pin and ejector bushing out of “B” plate. 2. Second stroke actuates the ejector bushing and the part is pushed out of the central pin core. This configuration is recommended for inner undercuts with round, smooth edges.
