CAVITY AND CORE COMPONENTS Remote Inserts Avoid lost production time with DME’s external traceability system. This system allows the operator to change the data points from the outside of the mold saving valuable production time. Our traceability system consists of a control box for each insert that is mounted on the outside of the mold allowing for on the fly changes to insert. These control boxes drive a cable directly to the insert providing a reliable and consistently method to change the data points in the quickest possible manor.
