State-of-the-Art Check-in Facilities at Terminal 3 On August 14th, Ben Gurion Airport will unveil a new, advanced concourse in Terminal 3, spanning approximately 3,900 square meters. This impressive new area will feature 22 check-in counters, cutting-edge security screening systems, and efficient baggage handling. Built with an industrial aluminum frame, similar to modern terminals in Europe, this new complex offers full operational flexibility and significantly reduces waiting times during busy periods. Beyond these immediate improvements, the Ministry of Transport and the Israel Airports Authority are driving a series of strategic projects at TLV. These include the construction of a new interchange from the Tel Aviv- Jerusalem highway, expansion of security and border control areas, the establishment of a new passenger entry gate, and enlargement of the dining areas in the duty-free section. The Ministry of Transport and the Israel Airports Authority have jointly announced comprehensive preparations for the peak summer 2025 season. Their statement confirms: "With the removal of restrictions on flights to Israel, the Ministry of Transport and the Airports Authority are preparing for an increase in passenger traffic." This includes the reopening of Terminal 1, the inauguration of a new screening and check-in area in Terminal 3, and the return of several international airlines. Terminal 1 Reopens Its Doors Exciting news for travelers! Terminal 1 is set to resume operations at the beginning of August. This secondary terminal is expected to handle approximately 500 flights next month. Currently,
