EQUITY WAITING LIST – ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP Initiation Fee $45,000 (non-refundable) with Equity Membership Application Annual Dues – 2026 is $10,126 plus 6% sales tax, future years subject to change Debt Repayment Fee – 2026 is $800 Billed Semi-Annually, $400 in March and $400 in September, future years subject to change Capital Fee – 2026 is $300 Billed Semi-Annually, $150 in March and $150 Billed in September, future years subject to change Annual Food & Beverage Minimum – 2025/2026 is $1,200 from July 1st through the following June 30th, (Future years subject to change) Member Cart Fee Applies When Playing Golf Privileges: Limited In Season Rounds of Golf and Guest Privileges November through April Based upon Member’s Tier on Waiting List Unlimited Rounds of Golf from May 1st through October 31st 5-day Advance Tee Times Immediate Family Privileges Immediate Extended Family Privileges May Participate in All Social Events May Participate in the Club’s Reciprocal Program May Not Participate in the Club’s In-Season Golf Events (as a Member or a Guest).
