Bradley Jr, Owner of Diamondback Corrugated Containers, Passes Away John Joseph Bradley Jr, 58, passed away peacefully on July 22, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.
Ben, and his two stepchildren, James and Clayton. He cherished his family above all else and found his greatest joy in the time they shared together. John will be remembered for his generous heart, tire- less work ethic, and the lifelong friendships that he cher- ished. His legacy lives on not only through the family he loved so deeply and the company he built, but also through the countless lives he touched. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered. Chicago TAPPI Set To Host Annual Golf Outing August 25 Chicago TAPPI is preparing to host its Annual Golf Outing, taking place August 25 at Willow Crest Golf Club at the Hilton Oak Brook Hills Resort & Conference Center in Oak Brook, Illinois. Participants are encouraged to invite customers and colleagues, and TAPPI membership is not required to attend. The outing begins with registration and lunch at 11:30 a.m., followed by a 1 p.m. shotgun start. Born in Abington, Pennsylvania, to John Joseph “Jack” Bradley and Joan Bradley-Kemp, John grew up working in his grandfather’s corru- gated box manufacturing plant, Ac- cardi Box. It was there he discovered a lifelong passion for the packaging industry and dreamed of one day opening his own plant to follow in his Pop-Pop Accardi’s footsteps.

Over the course of his career, John dedicated himself to mastering every aspect of the business, working for many of the industry’s leading manufacturers and continually ex- panding his knowledge and expertise. In 2016, he fulfilled his lifelong dream by founding Diamondback Corrugated Containers. Alongside his children, Madison and John III, he built the company into the largest independent corrugated box manufacturer in San Antonio—a testament to his vision, de- termination, and unwavering commitment. John was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Sarah, and a proud and loving father to Madison, John III, Audrey,
