GBR KIT During these years, we have seen the need to develop instruments for our patients, and first of all when we treat patients with implants we should be very careful not to traumatize the tissue too much, so a low trauma surgical technique is very important; The Surgical Kit we developed in collaboration with Hu-Friedy is intended to perform GBR procedure whose aim is to regenerate peri-implant bone defect that is very important for the long-term stablity of implants.

PPBUSER... These scrapers permit the use of autologous bones. The scrapers have rounded corners and are available in the different widths:
ADVANTAGES: • Simple and rapid bone removal reduces the stress on the patient, thus substantially alleviating postoperative complaints.

• Optimal positioning of transplantation material : It is often possible to remove bone in the immediate vicinity of the implantation site.
• The high-quality blades enable optimum cutting of the bone material into fine discs (lamellas) without exerting a great deal of pressure. • Thanks to the dual grit stone , as per Prof. Buser choice, they can be resharpened, in order to maintain their cutting edge still performing use after use.
PPBUSE1/26 With this scraper it is possible to remove excellent transplantation material in suitable bone quantities.

Regular use of proper lubricants, like Instrument Lubricant Spray ( ILS ), will prevent rust, corrosion and stiff joints to ensure smooth operation. All hinged instruments should be sterilised in the open position.
