ERSEY CITY, NJ — MAST Construction Services, Inc. , an award- winning, Little Falls, NJ-based project and construction man- agement services and owner’s representative firm, announced that it is serving as the con- struction manager for the fourth phase, a $10.5 million project, of one of New Jersey’s most high profile public park projects: Berry Lane Park. Situated at 1 Berry Rd. in Jersey City, between Garfield Ave. and Woodward St., the 17.5-acre park is undergoing a conversion which will turn the former brownfield site into recreational space for Jersey City residents to enjoy. The Jersey City Redevelop- ment Agency has engaged MAST to oversee the fourth phase of construction, which began in February of this year and is slated for completion by year’s end. The large scale conversion commenced back in August 2012 and is part of a planned greenway that will be built along the route of the former Morris Canal, just south of the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail station.
