Hedden is a certified real estate appraiser in 12 states and has more than 33 years of experience in all aspects of the market analysis and valu- ation of real property. Spe- cifically, he advises real estate enterprises across the country in the areas of appraisals, highest and best use analy- sis, and litigation support for the purposes of bankruptcy, financial and tax reporting, property tax assessment, financing, purchase or sale, insurance, fair rental, con- demnation and donation. He provides valuation, litigation support and expert testimony services for FTI Consulting clients out of the Real Estate and Infrastructure Solutions group’s New York City office. “Real estate is such a dy- namic industry today and bringing together some of the most successful people in this arena who can share their real-world insight and exper- tise in a learning environment is an invaluable experience.
