One unique aspect of Performance Display is the high qualifications of its employees. The shortage of skilled workers is an important issue which many manufacturers in the US, including the management of Performance Display, are facing. Today, the workforce has a lot of know-how, but the management is naturally also thinking about the employees of tomorrow. In order to preserve knowledge in the company, Schuler has taken measures to transfer the various work processes into efficient standard processes. It is not expected that there will be relaxation in the labour market, so Performance Display is actively preparing to introduce less qualified workers to a new work environment.
