SHOW REVIEW

The trade show has attracted industry leaders and professional visitors from around the world. Over three days, this year’s edition covered a total area of 4,300m 2 , attracting 74 domestic and international enterprises, with a total of 3,007 professional visitors, 2,227 of which are domestic visitors, demonstrating the influence of Sylva Wood Expo. Domestic visitors mainly came from Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, and Guangdong, covering timber dealers, solid wood furniture manufacturers, panel furniture manufacturers, whole-house customisation factories, and wood crafts manufacturers, among others. International visitors came from Russia, Belarus, Canada, Malaysia, the US, and other countries, showcasing the breadth of its global business network. The scale and number of participants increased compared to the previous exhibition, demonstrating the high attention and expectations within the industry. Despite the overwhelming number of domestic and international exhibitions, Sylva Wood Expo aims to stand out with its variety of exhibits and

international exhibitors, garnering support from various international timber associations. From forest to factory, from design to finished product, Sylva Wood Expo will continue to promote global timber trade and technical exchanges, and aim to become the barometer of the industry. It has already become an engine that drives the development of the wood industry, in Asia and globally. P

“This is the first time I have participated at this fair in Shanghai. Although it is smaller compared to other fairs we participated in, it is very well organised. There are also many traders, most of them from furniture and flooring factories, not from Shanghai but from other provinces as well. First time here, but good option.” Viorei Popescu Eurocom Expansion

“The exhibition was good: It was what I expected. We have done many shows with [the organiser] before, in Vietnam and China, and we have been pleased with all of them. We will come again next time.” Jay Vincent Reese Penn-Sylvan International Hardwoods
