Choc taw-Kaul recent l y leased 104,268 s/f of warehouse sales and distribution space at 500 Ships Landing Way in the Twins Spans Business Park (TSBP) in New Castle, Dela- ware. HHA has welcomed three new tenants to the 500 building since July totaling 160,000 s/f of commercial space – which is now 100% occupied. N (HHA) welcomed Choctaw- Kaul Distribution Company to the Twin Spans Business Park in New Castle.
Choctaw-Kaul is an award- winning manufacturer and distributor of gloves, personal protective equipment, safety supplies, janitorial supplies, personal protective equipment, hand tools, power tools and MRO (maintenance, repair, operations) supplies. Choc- taw-Kaul is headquartered in Detroit, Michigan, where the company has operated since 1912 while operating 11 dis- tribution centers and 15 sales offices throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. “Choctaw-Kaul is a great addition to the Twin Spans

Lidl will occupy 35,000 s/f and will serve as the anchor tenant in the new retail center under development by Beach De- velopment Group . The Strand is a 10.6-acre mixed-use retail center to be located at the intersection of Holland Rd. and Warwick Dr. The development will com- prise the grocery store and three outparcel businesses. This is one of the first loca- tions in Virginia Beach for Lidl. Founded in 1940 in Ger- many, Lidl has grown to be a successful chain of grocery stores, expanding throughout Europe, America and beyond.
