ECAUCUS, NJ — NAI James E. Hanson , a New Jersey-based full-service commercial real estate firm, announced it has brokered the lease of a 22,800 s/f industrial property located at 560 Jefferson Ave. in Secaucus. NAI Hanson’s AndrewKirshenbaum , the lead broker on the assign- ment, and Arthur Hixson and Barry Mayer repre- sented the lessee, Designer 8, Inc., in the transaction. “Designer 8, Inc. was look- ing for a space to grow its operations on the east coast S

Founded in 2006, Designer 8, Inc. provides a wide vari- ety of event rental furniture and custom scenic props to the event world in a number of major markets throughout the country. Headquartered in Culver City, CA, the com- pany has locations in both Northern and Southern Cali- fornia and is expanding to the east coast. The company will use the new location to house high end and trendset- ting furniture and grow its business. HACKENSACK, NJ — NAI James E. Hanson announced it has negotiated a 1,025 s/f office lease lo- cated at 190 Main St. Suite 302 in Hackensack. NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack, MSRE , and Randy Horn- ing, MSRE , represented the landlord, 190 Main Street Associates, LLC in the lease transaction to Dental Health Care P.C. 190 Main St. is a multi- story office building located in the center of Hackensack providing excellent signage on Main Street. It offers easy access to Routes 80 and 46, with a 35-minute drive to New York City. The recently upgraded property features three offices, a reception/ waiting room and ample front/side parking. “The site was previously occupied by a dental practice (since 1989) and the dentist recently found someone to sell their practice to,” said Lizzack. “The space will con- tinue to be used as a dental practice under the new own- ership and lease agreement. Team Lizzack Horning was brought in to negotiate the reassignment and extension of the lease to the new ten- ant. “We were happy to as- sist in the smooth transition of this property to the new dentist.
