Herrick has orchestrated in- vestments in more than $5 bil- lion worth of commercial real estate over the course of his 30+-year career, and in early 2013, he founded Case. Under his direction, the company has scaled up to $100 million lend- ing and purchasing platform and is active as a high-yield private lender; a purchaser of performing, sub- and non- performing debt; and an equity investor.
