Overall, the vast majority of the veteran-owned and operated Weichert offices surveyed rated Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. favor- ably, with 95% saying they enjoyed being part of the Weichert network. She joins the firm as a senior vice president as part of JLL’s strategic growth plan for its New Jersey retail brokerage business. Since the beginning of the year, JLL has acquired a num- ber of firms that specialize in retail services. In January, the firm acquired Big Red Roost- er. In February, JLL bought Huntley, Mullaney, Spargo & Sullivan, Inc. (HMS) to le- verage its expertise in retail lease and debt restructuring to contain costs and increase profits for its clients. JLL’s Project and Devel- opment Services is one of the largest players in retail construction services in New Jersey, and the JLL Property Management manages retail real estate throughout NJ. “JLL continues to expand its services to better serve clients involved in all aspects of retail throughout New Jersey,” said Robert Kossar , executive managing director and market director for JLL’s New Jersey operations. “The market’s retail sector is undergoing a transformation prompted by the growth of e-commerce and shifts in consumer buying and shopping preferences.
