LANCASTER, PA — High Construction Company an- nounced that it was awarded a $12.4 million contract by High Associates Ltd., to build The Reserve at Greenfield, a new upscale, smart growth apart- ment community in Greenfield Corporate Center. Construction activity start- ed this week at the site, on Pitney Rd. in East Lampeter Twp., Lancaster. The project is slated for completion in September 2017. The L-shaped structure will span 107,000 s/f and will fea- ture 82 units on four stories, with 23 garages underneath— all with elevator access. The mix of apartments will include one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts. Other community amenities will include secu- rity keycard access, fitness center with yoga studio, a
