STATEMENT OF PURPOSE Newton recently commissioned a nation-wide survey of more than 2,000 UK workers, carried out by Opinium Research. The survey sought to discover the current sentiment of UK workers towards workplace culture, and divides their perceptions of culture into four different organisational types: hierarchical, collaborative, dynamic and competitive. This report looks to provide a view of the current working landscape across the UK via case studies and real life perspectives.
