ACH Corporate Agreements Business account members are eligible to transmit payroll through ACH upon Upper Management approval. Simply reach out to your nearest branch or contact our Funds Management Department to draft a Corporate Agreement to meet the needs of your business. Payroll can be personalized through your business account based on exposure limits, frequency, and types of entry (credit or debit). Once the Corporate Agreement is completed and signed by both parties, the business account may begin initiating entries to their employees. The Corporate Agreement will provide the ODFI (Originating Depository Financial Institution) Processing Schedule, Authorized Signature Form, Holiday Schedule, as well as Direct Deposit Authorization forms for the business’ employees. A Transmittal sheet containing the settlement date, item amount, and total will be provided to the Funds Management Department for processing by the business member via email or fax based upon the frequency agreement. 12
