How To Register Online: Online Registration Process for Residents & Non-Residents • Online registration is found at BeachwoodRec.com on the homepage and the Summer Camp page. • You must have an online account set up. If you do not, please call us and we will set it up for you over the phone at 216-292-1970. Please do not duplicate accounts. • If you forgot your online account password, click “forgot password” and follow the prompts. • Once you are logged into your account, you can then find Summer Camps and begin your registration. In-Person Registration • The same registration dates apply for in-person registration. • Come to City Hall from 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. • A current utility bill is required at time of registration if it has not already been uploaded to your account. Refund Policy: Please note: All city Day Camp refund requests made prior to May 22, 2026 by 4:30 PM are subject to a 50% processing fee of the refund amount. NO REFUNDS ISSUED AFTER MAY 22, 2026.
Summer Camp Registration Process: Beginning Monday, December 8, all camp specifics will be available online at BeachwoodRec.com. This includes dates, cost, refund policy, childcare information and orientation dates. Go to BeachwoodRec.com and then click Summer Camps. • Resident only registration is available from December 15 through February 27. • Resident Early Bird rates end February 27 at 4:30 PM. • Non-Resident registration begins March 2 at 9:00 AM. Residents must upload a current utility bill to their account as proof of residency. Failure to upload documents within seven days will result in removal from camp.
