The practice of Qigong/Tai Chi is an ancient mind body practice carefully designed to create health and wellness with the use of slow, gentle, rhythmic, and powerful moves coordinated with breath. It has multiple benefits at physical and emotional levels. One of the benefits is the reduction of stress, so needed in these fast, demanding times. It is said that Qigong-Tai Chi brings years to your life and life to your years. Must pre-register. Belly Dance Fitness Instructor: Azmeena Andrus With 22 years of experience, Azmeena makes belly dance accessible to all! Each hour-long class includes warm-up, technique, and simple choreography. All are welcome. Bring water, a hip scarf if you have one, and dress to move. Scarves are available to borrow. Power Cardio Kickboxing Instructor: Ty Richardson

PCK utilizes a combination of low impact moves to get the heart rate up and the body fat burning! Starting with a 30-minute cardio segment with simple kickboxing combinations and fun high-energy moves and ending with a 30-minute weight training segment incorporating dumbbell exercises and mat work for core training. This total body workout is a great way to break out of your ordinary cardio routine! Participants will need to bring: a set of light to moderate dumbbells, a floor mat and a small face towel.
