Warm up in January with cinnamon banana bread! Young bakers will independently make their own batch of take-and- bake cinnamon spiced banana bread while strengthening their academic and kitchen skills. No baking experience required! Students will come home with a loaf pan ready to bake and you’ll end up with Monday morning breakfast ready before you know it! This activity will be nut-free; gluten-free available upon request. Let’s start celebrating Saint Patrick’s Day early with rainbow quick bread. Young bakers will work independently to make a batch of take-and-bake Funfetti bread. Students will have fun learning this festive recipe while simultaneously practicing important academic and life skills. Each young baker will come home with a loaf

Berry Breakfast Cake Independent Baking Instructor: Elizabeth Rogers

No school? No problem! Come prepare winter-themed confections on this cold day off. Bakers will learn to form and decorate snowman cake truffles and a set of six wintery buttercream cookies all while practicing age-appropriate skills. Hot chocolate will be offered as a cozy treat. This activity will be nut free. This is an independent drop-off class. Ages: 6-12 years | Session Length: One Day Class Location: Beachwood Community Center

Young bakers will make their own batch of take-and-bake berry breakfast cake while strengthening life-skills as well as practicing academic goals. Each baker will leave with a pan ready to pop into the oven and you’ll end up with delicious and healthy-ish berry breakfast cake! This activity will be nut-free; gluten-free available upon request.
